Autism community pieces together support at walk (The Brunswick News) 


Read a story about the Ninth Annual Walk in the Park for Autism, which starts Saturday, April 26 at 10am at Mallery Park. Check-in is at 9am. Walk from Mallery Park to Neptune Park next to the St. Simon Island Pier and enjoy a lunch, magic show, festival and autism awareness booths. The Centers for Disease Control reports that 1 in 68 children have autism spectrum disorder. Autism is the fastest growing developmental disability in the United States.
