Free Asthma Screenings
We conduct free screenings at various public locations throughout Northeast Florida. Call the number below for dates and locations.
Our school Asthma program follows the Centers for Disease Control guidelines for asthma-friendly schools.
A2 Asthma Action
Our basic asthma education class is free. Call for dates and locations.
Managing Asthma at Home
We provide classes, as well as in-home visits, to familities of eligible children ages two to 18 with difficult-to-control or inadequately controlled asthma. Call for details.
Asthma Clinic
We provide exams, education and medications to those who qualify, at a minimal cost. These clinics are held the second Saturday of each month at the Sulzbacher Center.
Easy Breathing
An asthma management program for the primary care practitioner. The program includes tools to improve recognition of asthma and classification of asthma severity.
