Services We Provide

The Community Asthma Partnership at Wolfson provides the following services:

Free Asthma Screenings
We conduct free screenings at various public locations throughout Northeast Florida. Call the number below for dates and locations.

A²  Asthma Action
Our basic asthma education class is free. Call for dates and locations.

Managing Asthma at Home
We provide classes, as well as in-home visits, to familities of eligible children ages two to 18 with difficult-to-control or inadequately controlled asthma. Call for details.

Asthma Clinic
We provide exams, education and medications to those who qualify, at a minimal cost. These clinics are held the second Saturday of each month at the Sulzbacher Center.
