In this 29-minute video 1984 Olympian swimmer Nancy Hogshead-Makar -- now a water safety advocate, talks about respecting water and keeping children safe when they are swimming, boating, enjoying the ocean or hanging around the house pool. Even an Olympian swimmer takes precautions. Here's why, consider this sobering fact; drowning is the leading cause of death in Florida of children ages 1-4.
