"When you trust something, you have faith in it. If you believe something to be true, you show your faith by being loyal to it. For millions of people across the globe, their faith is the thing they trust and hold true. They pray and worship, and read the words that help them remain faithful."

How to Have Faith?
Buddhism is not like other faiths. Its followers live according to the teachings of its founder. Buddha did not believe in a supreme god, so Buddhists do not worship Buddha in that way. Instead, they pay respect to him and to all living beings.
Buddha taught that life moves in an endless cycle of life, death, and rebirth. If people live with neither too much nor too little and are kind, they come closer to a joyful state of understanding called enlightenment. This is the goal of Buddhists.
Everyone tries to be kind.
We make lanterns and send greeting cards to each other and everyone is happy. The Buddha taught us not to harm other living creatures and to love everyone. It is good to be a vegetarian for a day on Wesak to remember Buddha cared for all creatures.
How Do You Express Your Faith?
"Faith makes things possible…Love makes all things easy. When you have come to the edge of all light that you know and are about to drop off into the darkness of the unknown, faith is knowing one of two things will happen: there will be something solid to stand on or you will be taught to fly."
