Wolfson Children's Hospital is committed to providing services for our patients, families and guests with special needs.
We provide professional interpretation services of medical information at no charge to the patient or family. In addition, patients and families may use UbiDuo keyboard technology for real-time, two-way communication with caregivers.
People who are deaf or hard of hearing can use the TTY line (text telephone) for internal and outbound phone calls. TTY lines are located in all inpatient rooms and floor lounges.
All deaf or hearing-impaired patients and family members are offered closed-caption television viewing.
